The system has been integrated into the company’s onboard conveyor infrastructure to automatically measure and classify catches using deep learning. This replaces manual measurement and ensures uniform, high-quality data.

In one pricing model, AILURA determined that “squid prices peak in summer due to favourable conditions, with stable forecasts (€11.67–€12.49/kg). Warmer days (above 14°C) drive higher sales, making targeted promotions key during these periods.”
