The volunteers at Lough Swilly RNLI were tasked this morning, Sunday 29 January, shortly after 10.30am by Malin Head Coast Guard Radio to come to the assistance of a small fishing vessel.
The fishing boat had lost power after a rope got caught up on its propellor. The crew established a tow and took the boat to Rathmullan before returning to Buncrana to refuel and make ready for service.
