Torgeir Dahlen Folland of Kaldbakur AS, acquires Optimar Eiendom AS, securing full control of Optimar AS’s headquarters and properties on Valderøy
Kaldbakur AS, the parent company of Optimar AS, has acquired the real estate company Optimar Eiendom AS, thereby gaining full control over the company’s properties and buildings on Valderøya – including Optimar AS’s headquarters.
This marks an important step in a long-term plan aimed at ensuring stability, growth, and, most importantly, a strong local presence.
“By acquiring Optimar Eiendom AS, we consolidate ownership and gain full control over the management of our facilities. This reduces intermediaries and ensures more efficient operations.
