Norwegian maritime firm Kaldbakur AS has announced the appointment of Jan-Kristian Hansen as its new Commercial Manager, bringing nearly two decades of experience in ship design, marine systems, and international trade to the growing company.
Hansen holds a master’s degree in marine engineering from NTNU Trondheim and has previously served as an officer in the Norwegian Armed Forces — experience that has shaped his structured leadership style. Over his 20-year career, he has developed a strong commercial track record, particularly in contract negotiation and cross-border trade within the maritime and ship equipment sectors.
